Experiments
Experiments are how you organize your work in openJII: your measurements, your collaborators, and your settings in one place.
An experiment is the main organizing unit in openJII. It holds your measurements, the people you work with, and the settings for a single study, usually one plant species or one research question.
This section covers everything about setting up and running an experiment:
Creating an experiment
Name your experiment, set who can see it, and get it ready for measurements.
Adding metadata
Attach context such as genotype, treatment, or planting date so your data is analyzable.
Managing & organizing experiments
Find, search, and filter your experiments, and archive the ones you are done with.
Adding collaborators & roles
Invite people to your experiment and understand what admins and members can do.
