Introduction

Start here. openJII helps plant researchers measure, analyze, and share data. This guide takes you from your first measurement to shared results.

Welcome to the openJII researcher guide. openJII is an open platform for plant-science research: collect photosynthesis and plant measurements in the field, bring them together in one place, analyze them, and share them with the wider research community.

It is built and run by the Jan IngenHousz Institute, a non-profit research institute focused on photosynthesis, and it is open source. You do not need to be a programmer to use it: the web platform and the mobile app are designed for researchers first.
